In the beginning of the nineties Paul co-founded and became chairman of the first platform of M&A specialists in Europe. In 2004 Paul co-founded a network of European M&A offices in his conviction that there was an opportunity for crossborder cooperation between midmarket international professionals.
Extending contacts with other M&A boutiques spread around the globe at 5 continents nowadays resulted in M&A Worldwide (www.m-a-worldwide.com) with over 40 members in as many countries creating deals on a regular basis.
T&T may as strategic board advisor already add value in the so-called ZERO-phase to which too little attention is paid as well as to the Negotiation phase which follows later on.
Before it is decided to start a Sellside or Buyside or Merger/JV process a strategic analysis should be held which outcome can prevent that a wrong and costly path and course of action is being taken.
T&T has several hundred of deals experience and can guide our clients to the route that suits them best in 2 to 4 advisory weeks lead time -depending on complexity – resulting in a step-by- step action plan.
